Pure rice bran cereal that is free of gluten, wheat, casein, dairy, egg, corn, yeast, soy, nut, and potato. Rice Bran is a highly nutritious food with a pleasant flavor. It is a good source of dietary fiber (25%) and is mostly insoluble. Rice bran is the outer coating of the rice kernel. Our rice bran is friction heat stabilized at a low temperature of 85 degrees centigrade. This process deactivates the enzymes which would otherwise cause the rice bran to become rancid in a short time.
Our rice bran is great on cereal and can be used in recipes or many applications.
