There are many different types of cleanses designed to support/assist the many organs of elimination, including the liver, kidneys, and colon. Cleanse kits are a convenient option because one box can include all the supplements you need to perform the cleanse.

But what does one eat while cleansing? Haas, also suggest avoiding common food allergens, such as gluten and dairy, to possibly reveal food sensitivities that may contribute to a lack of energy and weight gain. Temporarily eliminating common food allergens during a cleanse “lightens the load” on your digestive system, making your cleanse more effective. An allergen-free diet is a healthy diet!
